FOR YOUR PRESENTATION

1. Choose 8 photographs that best describe your story, process, journey, expertise, etc.

2. Practice delivering your presentation in 5 MINUTES-under 5 minutes max. ( Imagine sitting in a show & tell circle, or showing a friend your top 8 photos on your phone)

Some ideas of presentation frameworks

( use these, a combo, OR ANY format that works for best for you)

1. Talk about your process

2. Share your story in chronological order

3. Explain how to in a step by step instructional

4. Tell how your passion was discovered or grew

   ***The only rules are that your content must be tasteful and non divisive, and must be relayed in 3-5 minutes.

Event is outdoors, so dress accordingly. We generally say “rain or shine” because Texas weather usually blows through, however we will postpone if the need arises.

1. PRESENTERS Please arrive between 6:30 & 7pm at Rosewood Farm and Fragrance , 16 Comanche Trl Boerne, TX ( white 3 story house with black roof, drive toward the silver two story barn to the right)

You will be provided a map along with parking instructions a few days prior to the event.

Our gates open to the public at 7pm sharp, and SHUT at 7:30pm. This is an intentional gathering so we ask that each other’s time and space be respected.

PRESENTATION

You will be given a cell phone to hold with your photos preloaded- all you do is tap the photo as you present and the photo will be projected onto the screen . ( DAN WILL PREVIEW WITH YOUAS YOU ARRIVE, SO DON’T BE LATE)

Note:

Please do your best to stick to 5 minutes- it really creates an intrigue with the crowd and keeps us on schedule.

Your photos may look a bit blurry to you when presenting, however, they will not be blurry to the crowd.
